Website data handling

Know where your enquiry goes.

This page describes the marketing website’s contact paths. Engram product deployment and model-provider data flow are covered separately.

Demo and pilot requests

The form collects your name and email, plus any company, repository setup, repository count, timezone and notes you choose to supply. Submitting it sends those fields to FormSubmit for forwarding by email to Mitch at Pragmatic Coder, so we can respond to your enquiry.

FormSubmit may ask you to complete a CAPTCHA. Its own service and verification providers handle the associated requests. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information before submitting. Avoid including source code, secrets or confidential project details.

Direct email and scheduling

Using an email link opens your email application. Your email provider and Pragmatic Coder’s email service process the message. The booking link opens Google Calendar. Google processes the details you enter to arrange the appointment and create its invitation and Google Meet link. Read Google’s privacy policy before booking.

Page delivery

The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare adds an email-address protection script and a Web Analytics beacon to the served pages. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics documentation for its site-usage and performance measurements. Your browser also requests styles and font files from Google Fonts. These providers receive the connection and request data needed to deliver their services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google Fonts’ privacy information.

Questions about your enquiry

Contact mitch@pragmaticcoder.com to ask about the information you have sent or to request correction or deletion. Any service-specific handling also depends on the providers involved.
